Because of the height there are beautiful views and it is possible to build on this plot. And there is a mas of 34 m2, which can be completely renovated. The finca is easily accessible by a tarmac road and the finca is entitled to ¨winter water¨. This means that you can use water from November to March. This water is pumped up from an irrigation channel. During the other months it's possible to use water that has been stored in a deposit. The river Mattaraña is about 2 kilometers away from the property.
