The finca is located no further than one kilometer from Maella and therefore has a beautiful view over the village. From the property you can also see the Matarraña river (500 meters away) and the gardens around Maella. There are olive trees and some fig trees. The “mas” has an area of 64 m2, 32 m2 each floor and can be renovated completely. In front of the mas there is a parcel of 400 m2, which could be ideal for a (vegetable)garden.
